There may be many ways to quantify wealth, such as money, status, freedom and health, however it is our choice if we use our personal wealth to enrich or define our lives.

Franchisense give a voice to all motived franchisees (current, past and prospective) to use their experiences and perceptions to help campaign for transparent and fair regulations for all UK franchisees.

By completing the 5 minute survey to understand where the franchisee community is, to share views and experiences and even financial donations as Franchisense has no income stream.

Akin Palmer is widely acclaimed as the ‘go to’ law firm for franchisees in franchise disputes. With more than twenty years’ experience in franchise law and practice, we offer franchisees that combination of high-level expertise in commercial law and cutting-edge strategies in heavyweight commercial litigation, which is rarely found in smaller law firms.
Our commitment is to make the playing field, between franchisors and franchisees, more even. The franchise law practice is led by Mr Dele Ogun whose calling is as a Barrister.

A principled franchisee, visionary and adventurer who has seen too many franchisees been bullied and intimidated by their franchisors.

Franchising is a fantastic opportunity for motivated entrepreneurs to invest their time, money, knowledge and experience. Where as many franchisors nurture a respectful culture for franchisees to flourish, an increasing number of franchisees in my experience are left in a vulnerable position as their franchisor’s primary motivation is for short term service to their shareholders.

Albert Einstein once said ‘The World is a dangerous place, not because those who do evil, but because those who look on and do nothing’.
I have personally underwritten Franchisense to firstly understand if franchisees would benefit from protection in regulations to help them flourish and then take this campaign as far as it needs to go.
